Return of defective products or by mistake, if they do not correspond to the order
To return a defective product, you must contact the aloegarve.com Customer Service Center via the email email@example.com within 24 hours.
Returning products due to dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you have 15 days to request its exchange or return. Exchanges are only accepted, in accordance with the legislation in force, upon presentation of: Proof of purchase, item purchased under the original conditions of sale, original packaging of the item and its accessories and components. The item must be correctly packaged for its return. Returns of opened items will not be accepted.
For this purpose, you should contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
To carry out the return, you must send the order, via messenger and in the method of paid transport (that is, the payment of the return will be paid by the customer who returns the merchandise) to the aloegarve.com store. The moment the returned product is received, and it is verified that it arrives in good condition, the returned product will be paid, NOT THE SHIPPING COSTS AND REIMBURSEMENT. For this, the customer must send his bank details by email.
