We hope you are happy with your products. However, if a error occured from our part during the purchase process, you can contact us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Returns

Due to hygyene and safety reasons, it is not possible to return our products, but feel free to ask us for a full refund or store credit, if you believe that should be the case. Our team will investigate your purchase and get back to you as soon as possible

Refunds

After we receive your message, and confirm to authorize the process of a refund, we will process your case. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
